“Grameen Digital Seva: Saheb’s Demand for Internet Access in Every Village”

“Internet is not a luxury anymore — it is a right. If the village has no network, the future is already disconnected.”

R. R. Pandayan Saheb

In today's era of digital India, the truth remains harsh: millions of rural youth, students, and workers are still cut off from the internet. The government speaks of “Digital India,” but what about digital equality? Where are the broadband lines in SC/ST villages? Where is the Wi-Fi in tribal schools?

R. R. Pandayan Saheb has raised his voice against this digital divide, demanding Grameen Digital Seva — a campaign to ensure fast, free, and fair internet access in every corner of rural India.

📡 Disconnected Villages, Disconnected Lives

Thousands of villages across India still suffer from:

  • No 4G towers, no mobile signal
  • Students climbing trees or walking kilometers just to access online classes
  • Farmers unable to check crop prices, government schemes, or weather reports
  • Youth losing job, exam, and scholarship opportunities due to poor internet
  • Entire villages with no digital banking, no Aadhaar updates, no online access

The result? Digital India becomes an exclusive India — a city-centric, privileged system.

🔥 R. R. Pandayan Saheb’s Stand for Digital Justice

R. R. Pandayan Saheb believes that the internet is the bridge between poverty and opportunity.

And if the bridge is broken in villages, then development is only a slogan.

“A poor student has every right to prepare for UPSC, MPSC, or CET.

But how can they, if they can’t even load the exam website?”

R. R. Pandayan Saheb

Saheb demands that government stop ignoring backward and marginalized regions when building digital infrastructure.

🛰️ Saheb’s Demands from the Government

  1. Public Wi-Fi Hotspots in every village square, school, and primary health center
  2. 4G/5G tower installation priority in SC/ST-dominated and remote areas
  3. Free or subsidized mobile data packs for students from BPL families
  4. Digital Libraries and Study Zones in rural schools and hostels
  5. Local Digital Seva Kendras (DSKs) to help villagers with online services
  6. Recruit and train Bahujan youth as “Digital Sevaks” to guide the community

🧭 Saheb’s Vision: A Digitally Empowered Rural India

R. R. Pandayan Saheb doesn’t just protest — he presents real plans.

He has proposed:

  • A pilot project to launch Grameen Digital Seva in 50 underconnected villages
  • Setup of solar-powered digital kiosks for areas with no electricity
  • Partnering with NGOs and tech foundations to bring devices and training to rural youth
  • A team of "Digital Ambedkar Sena" — young volunteers trained to teach villagers about UPI, government portals, and digital education

If you can reach the moon, you can reach the village too.

Only if you choose to. And I will make the government choose now.
